Three-Year Drought Leaves Reservoir Dried-Up

 KUNMING, March 22, 2012 (Xinhua) — A villager walks on the dried-up bed of the Xinba reservoir in Shilin County, southwest China’s Yunnan Province, March 22, 2012. A severe drought has lingered in Yunnan for three consecutive years, leaving 3.2 million people and 1.65 million livestock short of water.
