Focus on Kazakhstan’s stunning features (Kazinform)

Nur-Sultan: Scorers of highly influential bloggers and information technology (IT) users from 18 countries are gathered in Kazakhstan to discuss tourism, branding and blogging development issues, opportunities for new media and the development of high-quality web content.

The International Forum of Bloggers Discovering Kazakhstan is organized under the Year of Youth by A Kind Heart, a non-governmental organization, with support from Civil Initiatives Support Centre and Kazakh Information and Social Development Ministry, the national news agency Kazinform reported.

Well-known travel bloggers from the UK, Australia, the US, Italy, Russia, Thailand, India, Greece, Canada, South Korea, Turkey, and the Philippines have also arrived in Kazakhstan to attend the forum.

According to the news agency, the participants took part in five-day five-route tour across the country to get familiarized with the historical sights and natural landmarks, fascinating landscape and stunning features of Kazakhstan.

The first 440km route runs across East Kazakhstan region. The bloggers visited Rakhmanovskiye Klyuchi, Radostnyi Pass, Berel Burial Mounds, Katon-Karagay National Park, Volossy Veroniki Waterfall, Zyryanovsk and Ossinovskiy Pass. The second route in Turkestan region ran past the architectural monuments – Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkestan, Arystan Bab Mausoleum, Otyrar and Sauran ancient settlements as well as Aksu Zhabagly reserve.

The third route was devoted to the exploration of central Kazakhstan. The bloggers visited Botai-Burabay open-air museum, ALZHIR Museum and joined an excursion around Nur-Sultan.

The fourth route was across the West Kazakhstan region during which the participants saw Aktau city, gorges and valleys Bozzhyra, Kenderli, Tokmak Cape, Karagie and Tuyessu.

The fifth route went through Almaty and Almaty region, The bloggers visited Almaty city, Lake Big Almaty, Charyn Canyon, Lake Kayindi, Tamgaly Tas and Altyn Emel.

A vlogging (video blogging) contest “I am from Kazakhstan” with awards is also featured in the international forum.
