The French Christmas Market is one of the highlights of the holiday season. Presented by the Association des Francophones de Coree (AFC) and sponsored by several French businesses operating in Korea, the market is a good place to pick up French products such as mulled wine, games, wine, cheese, salmon and foie gras. You’ll also be able to take part in raffles, listen to caroling and seeing Santa Claus, as the market proves to be fun for both children and adults.

Profits collected from booth rentals, raffles and sales will be donated to the French Korean Social Fund and the charity Durihome for young Korean mothers, as well as various other charities located in the Seocho District. Last year’s market raised KRW 7.5 million.

The program which will take place in Ginko park, includes clown performances, raffle draw, chorales, meeting Santa Claus and even giving him some letters.
