Peace Plan For Syria Not Being Implemented: Annan

UN special envoy Kofi Annan said on Thursday, June 7, 2012, his six-point peace plan for Syria is “not being implemented.”

He told the UN General Assembly more repression, abuse and even “all-out civil war” could occur if things do not change in Syria. <Cihan>
